We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@Amoracoffeecrafters.com.au and send the item to:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will mail a gift certificate to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
