A master brewer never blames their tools – and neither should you. Set yourself up for success by choosing the right equipment and conditions.
Use a quality French press (plunger)
Filtered, soft water at 92°C
Amora coffee, always fresh, with a medium-coarse grind
Ideal ratio: 1:15 coffee to water
Add your ground Amora coffee to the press.
Pour hot water evenly over the coffee, saturating all the grounds.
Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Skim the crust off the surface.
Let it sit for another 2 minutes.
Gently plunge down.
Pour and enjoy the perfect pressed brew.
Whether you’re brewing at home or in the office, Amora Coffee Crafters is compatible with most modern machines:
Use Amora’s espresso grind or freshly grind whole beans.
Fill the portafilter with 18–20g of coffee.
Tamp evenly and brew for 25–30 seconds.
Serve as a shot or top up with milk or water.
Insert your Amora capsule.
Select your desired cup size.
